If you’ve never been skiing and you’re not sure if you’ll go again, renting is always your best bet. You’ll be sorry you drank too much when you’re embarrassing yourself on an easy slope! Have a few drinks, but try to keep yourself in check. You could even end up seriously hurting yourself if you’re not careful! As well as keeping the amount of alcohol you consume to a minimum, staying hydrated is essential. Make sure you drink 2 litres of water a day and you’ll feel so much better on the slopes. You’re basically working out, and people who work out need a lot of water!
